 Please read these terms and conditions carefully as this will form your contract with Pink Tea Company. Any variation must be agreed upon in writing. To secure a booking with Pink Tea Company, a 50% booking fee of the total cost of the tea party must be paid to Pink Tea Company.

 Rentals
Your crockery, cutlery + optional table decor items will be rented to you for a total of 48 hours. Items can be picked up the day before your event and returned in it’s original condition the day after your event. If you choose the delivery, set up + clean up options, this will all be done on the same day.


Damages/Breakage
Pink Tea Company will fully inspect each item before going out the door for each event. Videos and pictures will be taken and sent to you for proof of the condition of the items. In the event of loss, damage or breakage, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost for items of similar quality, make and condition. Please refer to the price list for the cost per item.

Terms of Payment
By paying the booking fee, you AGREE to the Terms and Conditions of reservation.
A 50% booking fee of the cost of your tea party is due at the time of booking, to secure your reservation. The remaining balance of the scheduled tea party + optional additions are due one week before the scheduled reservation. Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle payments are accepted.  

Changes to Reservation 
You can add more guests to your reservation any time after the booking fee has been paid. Just be aware that the maximum number of guests that Pink Tea can accommodate is 25. A new invoice for the balance of the updated reservation will be sent. Payment must be made in full one week prior to the event. 

 Cancellation of Reservation
If you have to cancel your event, for any reason, we are able to refund 50% of the booking fee WITH a 15-day notice. Cancellations made after the 15-day window, unfortunately, will forfeit their booking fee.

Inclement Weather
In the event of an act of nature and weather conditions prohibiting the event from being held or we are unable to host the event due to the safety of guests or vendor, Pink Tea Company is willing to reschedule the event at a date convenient to both client and Pink Tea Company. If a mutual reschedule date is not possible, we will give a refund of the booking fee. If we do not cancel and you decide not to proceed with your event, your booking fee is non-refundable. If there are any questions as to whether the tea event will be held, please be sure to call as soon as possible.

 Liability
Pink Tea Company can accept NO responsibility for any injury or damage to any persons caused by items rented and can accept NO liability arising from any event involving or concerning rented items. All items are rented solely under the renter’s responsibility.

PLEASE REMEMBER, BY PUTTING DOWN YOUR BOOKING FEE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS + CONDITIONS OF PINK TEA COMPANY! Please read carefully, again, before proceeding.
